Duties and Responsibilities <\/span><\/b>

Sales Management:<\/span><\/span><\/p>

\u00b7\u00a0<\/span>Oversee sales, margin, and inventory growth.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

\u00b7\u00a0<\/span>Coordinate with Product Managers and Sales Account Managers to align strategies.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

\u00b7\u00a0<\/span>Set and ensure quotas are met for Product Managers.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Team Supervision and Management:<\/span><\/span><\/p>

\u00b7\u00a0<\/span>Supervise sales team for productivity and target achievement.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

\u00b7\u00a0<\/span>Collaborate with Sales Manager in evaluating performance and KPIs.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

\u00b7\u00a0<\/span>Identify improvement areas through sales analysis.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Administrative Tasks:<\/span><\/span><\/p>

\u00b7\u00a0<\/span>Manage product enablement, budget, events, and incentives.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

\u00b7\u00a0<\/span>Appraise and evaluate Product Managers and Sales Account Managers.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

\u00b7\u00a0<\/span>Review and approve purchase requests, promotions, and contracts.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Documentation and Reporting:<\/span><\/span><\/p>

\u00b7\u00a0<\/span>Document sales forecasts and commitments.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

\u00b7\u00a0<\/span>Consolidate data for monthly and quarterly reports.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>

Preferred Qualifications\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>

\u00b7\u00a0<\/span>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business or any related course\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>

\u00b7\u00a0<\/span>With at least 3 years of relevant experience in the same industry (IT Products Distribution) AND\u00a0 2 years of proven experience in a supervisory or senior role\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>

\u00b7\u00a0<\/span>Has strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills<\/span><\/span><\/p>

\u00b7\u00a0<\/span>Excellent oral communication and written skills<\/span><\/span><\/p>
