Duties and Responsibilities
Sales Management:
· Oversee sales, margin, and inventory growth.
· Coordinate with Product Managers and Sales Account Managers to align strategies.
· Set and ensure quotas are met for Product Managers.
Team Supervision and Management:
· Supervise sales team for productivity and target achievement.
· Collaborate with Sales Manager in evaluating performance and KPIs.
· Identify improvement areas through sales analysis.
Administrative Tasks:
· Manage product enablement, budget, events, and incentives.
· Appraise and evaluate Product Managers and Sales Account Managers.
· Review and approve purchase requests, promotions, and contracts.
Documentation and Reporting:
· Document sales forecasts and commitments.
· Consolidate data for monthly and quarterly reports.
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business or any related course
· With at least 3 years of relevant experience in the same industry (IT Products Distribution) AND 2 years of proven experience in a supervisory or senior role
· Has strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
· Excellent oral communication and written skills
· Solid problem-solving skills
